Training Day 232 2/1/11

So last night after work I got in my ten miles that I was supposed to do on sunday. I had a lot of energy after but went to bed. This morning I woke up before my alarm. I snoozed anyway haha. Did some strength and ab work. What is going to get me through the day, the fact that I get to see the biggest loser tonight 🙂
