Training Day 69/OMG



I was so shocked when I jumped on the scale. How did I gain 12 pounds in 8 and a half weeks? I know that it is food choices(because my workouts have been steady) and I would also say stress. 
So moving forward, I am going to track my calories(on a more consistent basis) and not beat myself up too bad(unless in a workout). 
I have about 3 and a half months until my half. I just have to get focused(which should be easier since my summer classes end in a couple of weeks). 
Jillian made me sweat and I feel better 🙂
