Training Day 102/Update

Normally I don’t blog for the day until after my workout(not sure why). 
I did 2 miles in 29:15(with the first mile being 13). I don’t plan on running in the middle of the day(even though there was a little breeze). Then I did my first step workout(which had yoga moves in it). It was good. Later I am going to do some yoga and hit those dumbbells.
