Training Day 102/Run,Yoga,Step

Standard

So I walked a lot yesterday(since I don’t have a car). It was nice but hot. 
Today I am running and then doing some cardio later(I didn’t get to it yesterday).

Different people keep mentioning pacing, but I don’t think I have one. So I am going to attempt to work on that today(to get me ready for the long run this weekend). 
I’m going to try for the 3:1 today. 
We shall see how it goes.
