Conditioning Day 1 Update

So I went for my first day of conditioning and I tried to run for 5 seconds/walk for 55 and it ended up being 1min/1min and I did 2 miles in 1 hour. I am so proud of myself! I feel so good right now. I am not out of breath. I feel like I could go do some more. 
So I think I am going to get a water refill and go again. 
I did one more mile 🙂
