Sweat Once A Day(23-25)

Yes, I am still working on my fitness. I had to finish up some things for class and failed to post. I have ran three miles each day. I am all caught up with the plank and squat challenge. I cannot believe I can plank decently now.
I have changed up my yoga. The pose for the month is tree pose.
I’m eating as healthy as I can. I think I am doing ok on my water intake(it is a struggle to get in half of your body weight when you can go so long without drinking).
