Sweat Once A Day(12-14) Sweat What ‘Ya Momma Gave Ya


     So to catch up to speed, I walked on day twelve and thirteen. Walking is a great go to exercise when you just don’t think you have time. Today was my first day to run since race day. I felt like the wind carried me and I went faster. Great tunes and a  great workout. I will probably run tomorrow too. Now is the time where holiday run streaks start(to keep active during the holidays).
